Ian would like to congratulate the seven "Snowbirds" pictured below who battled through the elements to make this afternoon's Masters training session. Well done to them on their tenacity and dedication - especially Emma Manby who actually walked to the pool. Compare this to Saracens who couldn't cope with a bit of snow and cancelled today's game against Clermont Auvergne!
Our Barnet Copthall divers have been competing all year in the Bill Johnson Championship. This is a competition between seven diving clubs from all over London and requires the clubs to field divers from every category from Novice to Senior. Championship points are accumulated in each round of the competition.
Results of the weekend's Masters 1500m competition can now be found on the COMPETITIONS page of this website. There are two versions available - 1) results by with full splits arranged by Event 1 (Saturday) and Event 2 (Sunday) and 2) combined results. Be aware that there are a few (I think 4) competitors where the splits are incomplete - this is where the touchpads were hit either too high/too low/ not hard enough at turns and no time was registered.
The list of accepted entries for the Barnet Copthall Masters 1500m (November 25/26) can now be found on the COMPETITIONS page of this website. If you believe you have entered and your name is not on the list, you should contact Ian asap.
